Veluma House is a project by Miguel Baptista and Hanna, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it:

Founders List sign-up: email address.
VIP reservation (€1): name, email address, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number).

How we use your data

To send you project updates (no more than once per quarter for the Founders List).
To confirm and manage your VIP reservation.
To notify you when bookings open.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Stripe (stripe.com) — processes the €1 VIP payment. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Netlify (netlify.com) — hosts this website and processes form submissions. Form data is stored on Netlify's servers in the US/EU. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking technology. No data is collected passively from your browser.

Data retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their policies and applicable financial regulations.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Rectify inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY, integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.se).
